Vanke Overseas Investment Holding Company Limited (our “Company”) is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, the issued shares of which have been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 1036.HK) since November 1996. Our Company and its subsidiaries (our “Group”) are principally engaged in assets management, as well as property development and property investment.

In August 2012, China Vanke Company Limited (萬科企業股份有限公司) ( “China Vanke”), successfully completed a takeover of our Company and has become our controlling shareholder holding 75% of the entire issued shares of the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Vanke Property (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“VPHK”). China Vanke is a joint stock company established in the People’s Republic of China, all the issued H shares and A shares of which are respectively listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 2202.HK) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000002.SE).

While our Company has its headquarter in Hong Kong, it has established primary lines of business including property investment and provision of asset management services covering the property markets in Hong Kong, the United States and the United Kingdom. Our strength lies in the experience of our team and our professional management expertise in the regions.

 

Asset
Management

Our management teams in the United States of America and United Kingdom have valuable asset management competencies and experience. Key members were previously working at renowned fund management firms, investment banks and/or private equity firms with rich experience in asset management, mergers & acquisitions, real estate development, financing and investment management.

The management team in Hong Kong is specialised in real estate development and operations management including project design, construction management, cost and procurement management, sales and marketing, leasing and serviced apartment management etc.

The Group develops and manages a portfolio of over forty real estate projects, whereas those projects are located at prime locations of global first-tier cities including Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and London. Our diversified real estate portfolio includes residential properties, office buildings, and serviced apartments, etc.

Located in San Francisco, Lumina is designed by the award-winning Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica. This project is developed by Vanke US and Tishman Speyer.

Designed by MacArthur Genius Grant winning architect Jeanne Gang, 11 Hoyt brings together a global design team with deep roots in Brooklyn. This project is developed by Vanke US and Tishman Speyer.

The Luna

The Luna is located on Lun Fat Street in Wan Chai, it offers 105 units, ranging from 365 square feet to 1,771 square feet in size: studio flat, standard one-bedroom, deluxe one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom penthouse.

Property
Investment

Our Group also make investments in the property markets by utilising our expertise and presence to generate returns for our shareholders. Currently, we have a portfolio of six investments located in Hong Kong and the United States.

The Project is located at Yee Kuk Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong and has a site area of approximately 7,420 square feet for residential and/or commercial uses.

Built in 1907 and 1916 respectively, these two office buildings are located one block south of Market Street and fully renovated in 2020.

25 Park Row is a residential building, located in New York, offering 110 residences with 50 storeys.

The Pavilia Bay

The Pavilia Bay is jointly developed by the Company Limited and New World Development Company Limited. The Company holds 20% equity interest of the project.

Regent Centre, a property located at Kwai Chung, Hong Kong and in which the Group owns a total gross floor area of approximately 645,452 square feet.
