Mr. Chow Ming Hei Quincy

Mr. Chow joined VPHK in February 2017 and is currently the Managing Director of Vanke Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. With more than 20 years of experience in property development, operation, sales and marketing etc., he is currently responsible for the real estate business operation and development in Hong Kong.  Graduated from the University of Hong Kong, he is currently a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Association of International Accountants. Mr. Chow also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, a master degree in Surveying from the University of Reading, United Kingdom and an Executive Diploma in Merger and Acquisition from the University of Hong Kong.

Deputy Managing Director, Vanke Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited

Mr. Cho Shu Ki Simon

Mr. Cho joined VPHK in September 2013 and is currently the Deputy Managing Director of Vanke Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Cho is responsible for the business development, and finance and compliance functions in relation to the real estate business in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Vanke, Mr. Cho has accumulated more than 10 years of financial management and real estate development experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for nearly ten years. Mr. Cho graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants.

Director, Vanke Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited

Mr. Pau Ching Chow Sandick

Mr. Pau joined VPHK in January 2017 and is currently the Director of Vanke Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Pau was responsible for the project design and development management functions in Hong Kong. Mr. Pau has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Vanke, he worked at several major real estate developers in Hong Kong and China. Mr. Pau is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Authorized Person (list of Architects) since 1995. He obtained his master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver in June 1991.

Managing Director, Vanke US Management LLC

Mr. Elliot Rishty

Mr. Rishty joined Vanke Operations USA LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of VPHK, in October 2016 and is currently the Managing Director of Vanke US Management LLC (“Vanke US”), a subsidiary of the Company. He has led the strategic expansion of the Company’s business in the United States, including the investment and operational management of real estate projects in New York, San Francisco and Seattle. Prior to joining Vanke, he had served as Real Estate Counsel for large corporations and professional institutions.  Mr. Rishty obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. 

Managing Director, Vanke Overseas UK Management Limited

Ms. Zhou Yue

Ms. Zhou is the Managing Director of Vanke Overseas UK Management Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, since December 2020. She has led the strategic expansion of the Company’s business in the United Kingdom, including the investment and operational management of real estate projects. Prior to joining Vanke, Ms. Zhou had served at investment banking groups, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring transactions in the industrials, natural resources and real estate sectors.  Ms. Zhou received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from Harvard University.
